Jay has more than fifteen years of insurance investment banking experience focused on providing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising services to insurance and insurance services companies. Jay was a Managing Director for Cochran Caronia Waller immediately prior to joining StoneRidge Advisors as a Partner. Jay was also previously a Vice President in Salomon Smith Barney's Insurance Investment Banking group.

Jay received his Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the University of Michigan.

Doug has over twenty years of investment banking experience focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions for the insurance industry and served as Managing Director in the Insurance Mergers and Acquisitions Groups at both Lehman Brothers and Salomon Smith Barney. Immediately prior to founding StoneRidge Advisors in 2006, Doug had opened the New York City office for a regional, insurance investment banking firm.

Doug obtained his B.A., magna cum laude, from Middlebury College and earned a M.S. (Management) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Rocky has thirteen years of investment banking and private equity experience, focused primarily on the insurance industry. Prior to joining StoneRidge, Rocky was a Vice President with Glencoe Capital, LLC, where he focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in the business and media services and financial services industries. Rocky began his career at Cochran, Caronia & Co., an investment banking boutique serving the insurance industry.

Rocky received his Bachelor of Business Administration with high honors in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Finance.

Jeffrey has more than 15 years of investment banking experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining StoneRidge Advisors, Jeffrey was a Managing Director at Oppenheimer & Co. where he originated and executed a broad range of capital raising and merger and acquisition transactions across the Life, P&C and Reinsurance sectors. Prior to Oppenheimer, Jeffrey was a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance LLC and Vice President at ABN AMRO focused on investment banking transactions to the insurance industry.

Jeffrey has an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business and a BBA from Temple University.

Stephen Applebaum is a subject matter expert and provides consulting services to participants in the North American Property & Casualty Insurance industry focusing on insurance information technology, claims, innovation, supply chain, vendor and performance management.

Mr. Applebaum was most recently Senior Analyst, Property & Casualty Insurance at Aite Group. Previously he was President of ClaimForce, a web-based insurance claims technology, supply chain management, and outsourced services company serving North American P&C insurance clients. He was also a Senior Vice President at ADP Claims Services (now AudaExplore, a Solera company) and previously enjoyed a successful career with CCC Information Services where he was a member of the senior management team.
